The celebration of Saints Anargyri in the Holy Metropolis of Chalkidostranslated

The memory of Saints Anargyros was celebrated by the Holy Metropolis of Chalkidos, with the center of the celebration being the Loutropolis of Edipsos, where Saints Kosmas and Damianos are honored as patrons. In the afternoon of the eve, the Most Reverend Pastor, Metropolitan of Chalkidos, Mr. Chrysostomos, visited the seaside Parish of Saints Anargyros of Agriobotani, where, in the celebratory I. Church, he officiated at Vespers and preached the divine word.

On the holy day, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Chalkidos, Mr. Chrysostomos and the Most Reverend Bishop of Skopelos, Mr. Nikodimos, went to the Parish I. Church of Saints Anargyri, patrons of the Baths of Edipsos, where, during the Mass, the Most Reverend Mr. Nikodimos officiated and the Most Reverend Mr. Chrysostomos presided in the High Priestly Synagogue and preached the divine word.

After the dismissal of the Divine Liturgy, the holy High Priests, their co-ministers and the faithful went to the adjacent newly built Parish Spiritual Center, donated by the family of the late physician Aristidou Chimaras, where His Eminence Metropolitan Mr. Chrysostomos performed the Consecration of the Center's Inauguration.
