The memory of Saint Paisios of Agioreitos in Kalamariatranslated

Solemnly and reverently, the memory of our Holy Father Paisios of Agioreitos was celebrated during the three days, Friday July 10th to Sunday July 12th, in the Holy Metropolitan Church of the Transfiguration of Kalamaria, where there is a chapel named after the Saint. On Friday night, July 10th, a pre-celebration Holy Vigil was held, in which the memory of Saint Sophronios of Agioreitos, who celebrates his new appearance on this day, was celebrated.

On Saturday evening, the eve of the holiday, the Solemn Vespers of the holiday was held, presided over by the Theophilist Bishop of Abydos, Mr. Grigoriou.

The ministry of the word of God was undertaken by the Preacher of the Metropolis, Archimandrite Bartholomaios Kotoulas.

On the holy day, the Orthros and the Divine Liturgy were presided over by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Nea Krini and Kalamaria, Mr. Ioustinos, co-celebrant of the Theophilist Bishop of Abydos, Mr. Grigorios, the Priests of the Church and the Deacons.
