An anniversary charity fair of craftsmen “At the Mines” will be held in the Southern Uralstranslated

From August 7 to 9, the tenth anniversary fair “At the Mines” will be held in the village of Slyudorudnik, Kyshtym urban district. The event will open on August 7 at 15:00 with a prayer service for the beginning of a good deed in the chapel under construction in honor of Archangel Michael. The main event of the anniversary fair will be the consecration of the dome and cross of the chapel. It will take place on August 9 at 15:00. The rite will be performed by clergy of the Kyshtym deanery. On the same day, the dome and cross will be installed on the chapel building. Over the course of three days, a rich program awaits guests. On the territory of the former quartz processing factory there will be a market for Ural craftsmen, creative platforms, master classes, lectures, excursions, a photo competition, theatrical performances and a concert program. Among the invited speakers is the director of the ANO "Directorate of Festivals and Cultural Events of the Chelyabinsk Region" Diana Malysheva, who will talk about the preparation of Chelyabinsk for the status of "Cultural Capital of Russia - 2027", as well as the historian and head of the "Cozy History Club" Yulia Klyashchitskaya with a lecture on the Demidov dynasty.
