The new academic year of the Brotherhood of Orthodox Pathfinders has started in the Urals: the first training camps for commanders were held in Yekaterinburgtranslated

The first stage of training at the Course for leaders of detachments of the Brotherhood of Orthodox Pathfinders of the Ural Federal District ended with a ceremonial formation on the square in front of the Church-Monument on the Blood in Yekaterinburg. The event, held on September 6, 2026, brought together experienced mentors and newcomers, marking the beginning of a new academic year for the largest Orthodox scout movement in the Ural Federal District.

For the “Flotilla “Ark”” detachment, this formation became doubly significant: along with the veterans of the movement, recruits from the 2026–2027 cohort entered the formation for the first time. This practice is an integral part of the training program: while adult cadets are practicing the protocol and ceremonial of the Brotherhood, the youngest Pathfinders have a unique opportunity to observe the coordinated work of their senior comrades, absorbing the spirit and charter of the organization.

The intensive educational course took place at the site of the Ural capital from September 4 to 6. It was attended by 26 current leaders of detachments and activists from three metropolises: Yekaterinburg and neighboring Perm and Chelyabinsk.

Хорошо, что новичков сразу ставят в строй вместе с ветеранами — пусть смотрят и впитывают. У нас в Минске тоже пробовали такое с ребятами, когда пекли пироги на престольный, младшие рядом с опытными стояли и учились. Интересно, а что дальше в этой двухмесячной программе будет, кроме протокола и церемониала?

Хубаво, че веднага включват новобранците в строя с ветераните – така наистина се учи. При нас в София подобно нещо правим на футболните тренировки, малките гледат как по-големите подават точно и после пробват. Интересно какво ще е във втората част на тези двуседмични курси, особено за „Флотилия Ковчег“.

Добре, що новобранців odразу ставлять у стрій разом з ветеранами, як у «Флотилії «Ковчег»». У нас на Одесі хлопці теж так робили на рибалці — молодші дивились, як старші в’яжуть вузли, і швидко переймали. Цікаво, що саме буде в другій частині цих двомісячних курсів, бо перші три дні, мабуть, тільки церемоніал і протокол.
