Mercy on the eve of the new school yeartranslated

With the blessing of His Grace Theognost, Bishop of Serov and Krasnoturinsk, the charity event “Lessons of Good Deeds” was successfully completed in Krasnoturinsk.

The joint efforts of the parish in the name of St. Maxim the Confessor and the Department for the Prevention of Neglect of Minors of the State Institution “KTSSON of Krasnoturinsk” bore fruit. During the period from August 1-31, a fundraiser was organized for school supplies for families in need.

Caring for the future became a priority for all participants in the action. As a result of the work done, sets of school supplies were created, which were distributed to low-income and large families of the city in early September.

The Department for the Prevention of Neglect of Minors expresses special gratitude to the rector of the cathedral, Archpriest Andrei Limonov, and the entire parish for their mercy and fruitful cooperation.
