The Tsarsky Cultural and Educational Center will once again become the site of the Open Documentary Film Festival "Russia"translated

For the eleventh time, the Tsarsky Cultural and Educational Center will become one of the sites of the XXXVII Open Documentary Film Festival "Russia", which will be held in Yekaterinburg from October 1 to 5, 2026 with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The opening of the festival site of the Tsarsky Cultural and Educational Center will take place on October 1 at 15:00.

For the Tsarsky Center, the festival organizers have prepared a special program “Eternal Values”. From October 1 to October 5, 2026, viewers here will be able to watch 19 new documentaries that were not included in the competition program.

The Tsarsky Center has its own jury, which evaluates films and the winners will be awarded a prize during the closing ceremony of the festival.
