I remembered how in my youth I almost bought into such a sermon on TV - they promised that if you donated, a new car would immediately appear. It’s good that the Gospel directly speaks about the camel and the eye of the needle, and not about the “blessing of wealth.” Thanks for the article, it was a timely reminder.
