His Eminence Father Antonie, the Metropolitan of Bessarabia, met on Friday with priests from the Călăraşi district, Republic of Moldova. "Communion between us is the first witness we offer to the faithful", emphasized His Eminence.
The Metropolitan of Bessarabia celebrated the Holy Liturgy in the Parish "Holy Hierarch Nicholas and Holy Martyr Priest Alexander of Bessarabia" in the municipality of Călărași, Republic of Moldova. His Eminence spoke in the sermon about the power of prayer and the value of good deeds performed with humility.
"Prayer first changes the man who prays. From a heart at peace with the Lord are born healing words, wise decisions, and the power to bear the burdens of others. Through prayer begins every blessed work."
