In the Archdiocese of Suceava and Rădăuţil, a new edition of the training program for the young priests of the diocese is taking place.

The 4th edition of the "Training of Young Priests" project started on Sunday at Sihăstria Putnei Monastery, bringing together 20 clerics at the beginning of their ministry.

The opening of the event was marked by an introductory meeting coordinated by the team of the Educational-Theological Sector. At the same time, His Holiness Father Damaschin Dorneanul, Vicar Bishop of the Archdiocese of Suceava and Rădăuţi, gave a lecture and answered the questions asked by the clergy regarding aspects of the liturgical and pastoral ministry.

Monday began with the participation in the Holy Liturgy celebrated in the wooden church of the Sihăstria Putnei Monastery, after which the training activities continued.

Courses on current ministry challenges The agenda of this edition includes topics of interest for the priest's pastoral and administrative activity.

Participants consider topics such as parish administration, the priest's vocation as husband, father and servant, and the role of the Sacrament of Confession in soul healing.
