On September 1, 2026, the rector of the Church of St. Tikhon, Patriarch of All-Russia, in the city of Vileika, Priest Vyacheslav Peshko took part in the ceremonial ceremony at the Vileika Regional Center for Correctional and Developmental Training and Rehabilitation.

Deputy Chairman of the Vileika District Executive Committee Lyudmila Sleptsova was also present at the meeting.

Priest Vyacheslav performed a short prayer service for the students, blessed the students of the center, congratulated those present on the holiday and invoked God’s blessing on them.

Nice to see Fr. Vyacheslav there for the kids at the Vileyka center. The short moleben and blessing must have meant a lot on their first day, especially for those who need extra support. Hope the whole year goes smoothly for them.

Yeah, Fr. Vyacheslav always makes time for the special needs kids at that centre. The moleben was a good touch on the first day – my mate’s nephew goes there and said the blessing settled a few nerves. Hope the teachers get some support too this year.
