On July 15, 2026, the rector of the parish of the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in the agricultural town of Cherkassy, Dzerzhinsky district, Priest Nikolai Kololo visited the hospice in the village of Volkovichi.

Priest Nikolai served a prayer service, delivered targeted assistance and talked with the hospice staff and patients.

Ναι, συμφωνώ, Ηλία, η επίσκεψη του πατέρα Νικόλαου στα Βολκόβιτσι έκανε πραγματική διαφορά. Ειδικά που μίλησε και με το προσωπικό, αυτοί βλέπουν καθημερινά τα δύσκολα. Ελπίζω να πήγε και κάνα καλό τυρί ή μέλι από την ενορία, να χαρούν λίγο.
