Khakassian parish and village council built a chapel at the local cemeterytranslated

Prikhody.ru 09/16/2026. The parish of the village of Tashtyp (Khakassia) erected a chapel near the village cemetery in honor of the icon of the Mother of God “Quick to Hear.” The consecration ceremony was performed by Archbishop Jonathan of Abakan and Khakassia. The organizer of the work was the head of the local village council, Rustam Salimov, who was actively supported by the villagers: they collected the necessary funds and provided all possible assistance in the construction of the chapel.
After the consecration, those gathered prayed for the repose of Deacon Alexy Ilyin, who was buried in this cemetery. For several years, he combined diaconal service in the Tashtyp parish with the work of the deputy head of the Tashtyp village council, and actively participated in the creation of the chapel, as reported in the public page “Tashtyp ☧ Orthodox”.
Residents of the regional center now have a special place where they can offer prayers and honor the memory of deceased relatives and loved ones.
