"Rhinestone" can become a churchtranslated

The New Testament Church is negotiating the purchase of the Gorny Crystal shopping and entertainment center on Uralskaya Street, 85, Kommersant-Prikamye reports, citing a source. The deal could be concluded before the end of 2026. It is planned that the church will occupy the entire building of the shopping center. The search for a new site is connected with the sale of the Lenin Palace of Culture, which New Testament owned for more than 20 years. The buyer was the Razvitie construction group, which at the beginning of 2027 will transfer the cultural heritage site into the ownership of Perm. The building of the Gorny Crystal shopping center is also a cultural heritage site of regional significance. The owner is obliged to carry out the restoration of the southern facade by December 30, 2026.
