On July 21, the Orthodox Church glorifies the Kazan Icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary. In honor of this image, especially revered in Rus', a magnificent stone church was built in the village of Shkolny, Prokopyevsky district, the rector of which is Archpriest Sergius Plaksin.
