The philatelic issue "Gold of the Dacians. The Reintegregation of the Historical Treasure" was launched at the National History Museum of Romania.

The exhibition, organized by the cultural institution in collaboration with Romfilatelia and Posta Română, brings to public attention the Coiflu from Coțofenești, one of the representative pieces of national heritage.

The artifact was stolen in January 2025 from the Drents Museum in Assen, Netherlands, along with three other Dacian gold bracelets. The treasure pieces returned to the country at the beginning of April 2026 after being recovered by Dutch authorities.

A New Perspective on Heritage At the exhibition were present Cornel Ilie, manager of the National History Museum of Romania, Gabriel Bulumac, commercial director at Posta Română, and Adrian Grecu, deputy general director of Romfilatelia.

Also present was Mircea Cantor, graphic designer for the issue, who offered the public a signing session.
