The Divine Liturgy on Tuesday of the 14th week of Pentecost, September 1, 2026, was celebrated by His Eminence Stephen, Archbishop of Gomel and Zhlobin, in the baptismal church of the St. Peter and Paul Cathedral in Gomel.
His Eminence was co-served by the dean of the monasteries of the Gomel diocese, hegumen Theodorit (Zolotarev) and the clergy of the cathedral.
During the Liturgy, intense prayers were offered for the restoration of peace.
At the end of the service, Archbishop Stefan congratulated the communicants on their reception of the Holy Mysteries of Christ and addressed the worshipers with words of archpastoral edification.
