The church of Baișești Monastery was consecrated after seven years of workstranslated

The church of Baișești Monastery in Suceava county was consecrated on Sunday, after the completion of construction, painting and beautification works, which lasted seven years. The place of worship is dedicated to the Dormition of the Mother of God and the Holy Martyrs Raphael, Nicolae and Irina.

The consecration service and the Holy Liturgy were officiated by His Holiness Father Damaschin Dorneanul, Vicar Bishop of the Archdiocese of Suceava and Rădăuțil.

The hierarch emphasized the importance of taking up one's personal cross, patience and keeping hope in God in times of suffering and trial.

"Don't carry your cross alone. Ask those around you to help you, but above all ask Him, the One Who knows what the weight of the cross means," said His Eminence.
