Good thing they also opened a separate group for monks, plus the two for beginners. I sang a little in the pew at our parish and I would like to learn the notation properly. I will fill out this form, 50 lei per month is affordable.

Sounds good. The separate beginners group for 2025 with notation, tone 8 and podobii looks like exactly what I need. I’ve been muddling through tone 1 at our parish in Sydney for a couple of years now, so I’ll fill in the form tonight. 50 lei a month is fair, especially since it’s all online.

I'm glad they made a separate group for the monks as well, plus the two beginners. I've been singing in our pew in Sibiu for many years and I'm still struggling with voice 4 and ornaments, so I'm going to look at the group 2023. 50 lei per month is very affordable, especially since it's online.

You're right, the separate groups for girls and boys make sense, it also helps in our choir. I learned the form years ago while hiking in the mountains from an older singer and it's still buzzing in my head, so I would also take a look at 2025. How many times a week do you actually sing on the side now?

I'm glad you found the right group, Teodora. I tried voice 4 two years ago at the classes in Oașa and it took me a while to catch the similarities with the one here in Chisinau. 50 lei per month is really a small amount for what I receive, especially since you can repeat the lessons at any time. Have you ever sung in the pew with the monks?

That’s a smart pick, Peter – the 2025 beginners group should slot right in after the tone 1 you’ve been doing in Sydney. I signed up for the monks’ course myself last year; the weekly online sessions fit around garden chores without much trouble. How’s the chanting going at your parish these days?

The 2025 group does look like a good fit after tone 1. I’ve been thinking about the monks’ course too, especially since my garden chores finish early most mornings. How did you find the notation part last year, Matthew?
