Tourists spending their holidays on the Romanian coast can benefit from free medical consultations as part of the campaign "Assume to be healthy" carried out by the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Carol Davila" (UMFCD) between August 10-15.
According to the organizers, 46 doctors will offer consultations to those who request them at the special points located in the Olimp, Neptun, Jupiter, Saturn and Mangalia resorts.
The purpose of the campaign is to promote health education and develop a culture of prevention among the adult population.
"The prevention campaign Assume to be healthy! returns to the seaside in the five resorts on the shores of the Black Sea, with specialist consultations in endocrinology, dermatology, pediatrics and pulmonology. 46 doctors will gather at this edition, in the Olimp, Neptun, Jupiter, Saturn and Mangalia resorts, being coordinated by prestigious teaching staff", said the rector of UMFCD, university professor.
