Archbishop Theodore celebrated the Liturgy on the Feast of the Prophet Elijahtranslated
On August 2, on the 9th Sunday after Pentecost, the Prophet Elijah, Archbishop Theodore of Peter and Paul and Kamchatka celebrated the Divine Liturgy and prayer service in the co-service of Hieromonk John (the Hare), a resident of the St. Panteleimon Monastery.
According to the special litany, Archbishop Theodore offered a prayer for Holy Rus' and a prayer against earthquakes.
At the end of the Liturgy, the Head of the Diocese performed a prayer service, then addressed those gathered with a sermon.
