On September 21, on the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Ever-Virgin Mary, Archbishop Theodore of Peter and Paul and Kamchatka performed the rite of consecrating the domes with crosses for the church under construction in honor of All Saints who shone in the Russian land. His Eminence was co-served by Hieromonk Nestor (Smirnov), secretary of the diocesan administration, Priest Igor Tkachenko, rector of the church under construction and the church of St. Sergius of Radonezh, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

Present at the prayer service were: Senator of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Boris Aleksandrovich Nevzorov, Acting Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Kamchatka Territory Andrey Alekseevich Kopylov, philanthropists, parishioners.
