The clergy of the Iași Archdiocese Learned How to Properly Respond in Emergency Situationstranslated

The ISU Iași specialists presented measures for defending against fires, circumstances that can promote their outbreak and spread, as well as the actions to be taken in case of a danger appearing.

Participants learned how to provide first aid. The basics of intervention in the initial moments when someone is in difficulty were highlighted, with the importance of a quick and responsible reaction being emphasized.

At the same time, firefighters stressed the need to call emergency services at 112: "We should not risk our lives to give help. We assess the situation, remain calm, support the victim within the limits of our knowledge, and request specialized teams' intervention."

The activity took place under the Protocol of Cooperation signed between the Iași Archdiocese and ISU Iași.
