On July 28, on the Day of the Baptism of Rus', on Victory Square in the city of Ivanovo, the rector of the Church of the Great Martyr George the Victorious, Chairman of the Missionary Department of the Ivanovo-Voznesensk Diocese, Priest John Lvov opened the missionary exhibition “Day of the Baptism of Rus'”. He addressed the assembled people with an educational speech, in which he spoke about the holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir and his fateful choice for our Fatherland.
