With the blessing of Metropolitan Joseph of Ivanovo-Voznesensk and Vichuga, the prayer service was performed by the acting. Abbot of the Dormition Monastery in Ivanovo, Hieromonk Ioann (Pletmintsev), in concelebration with the head of the Diocesan Department for Relations with the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies, Abbot Agafangel (Belikov) and the head of the Diocesan Department for Relations of the Church with Society and the Media, Hieromonk Macarius (Markish).
