I have received three of your letters, and from all of them I do not see anything comforting in your dispensation: in the first you describe the terrible actions of the enemy’s charms, which put you in a very difficult situation: and if the Lord had not helped, the enemies would not have mocked you. In another, you dream of an inheritance, and are looking for laws that do not exist at all, so that certain nuns tonsured into the cassock have the right to seek or use an inheritance; when there is already a law that those who have immovable property should not even be assigned to a monastery until they are completely separated from the world; Another thing is money capital. And why did you send an extract from the law that monastic property, after their death, goes to the monastery; this does not apply to real estate at all, and does not give you the right to seek an inheritance. And when, due to some circumstances, it happens that a monk buys money, clothes, books, etc., or whoever had them, since some have a house in nunneries; but they do not in the least hinder the definition. Estates of this kind, if left behind by a monk or nun, go to the monastery treasury. Moreover, monks and nuns themselves do not have the right to make wills on their estates to anyone, and they were not ordered to bequeath anything, but only the authorities, that is, the authorities, have the right to make wills on their estates. Don't trust anyone that you have the right to inheritance in court.
