Правило 11 Святых Апостолов

If anyone, belonging to the clergy, prays with someone who has been cast out from the clergy, let him also be cast out. (Ap. 28; Antioch. 4; Carth. 10). Like the excommunication that we talked about in the interpretation of the 10th Ap. rules, deprives of church communion, just as an eruption deprives a clergyman of his service; Consequently, the one who participates in any rite performed by someone illegally acts like the one who enters into church communion with an excommunicated person, and therefore is subject to the same punishment as the one who committed this crime was subjected to. We discussed in the interpretation of the 5th Ap. what the ejection from the priesthood consists of. rules. By the words “to pray with someone who has been expelled from the clergy,” one must first of all mean the prohibition of joint service with an expelled clergy person, 150 and then the prohibition of any common prayer. According to Balsamon, the meaning of this rule is as follows: every cleric who prays anywhere, and with whatever cleric who has been erupted, and who, after the eruption, decides to perform any sacred service, must be punished. Aristinus in the interpretation of this (11) rule (Af. Synth., II, 15). In Kormcha (cited ed., p. 3): “If anyone prays, if a presbyter serves in a church with a presbyter, his bishop is deposed, and he himself will be deposed.” Interpretation of this (11) rule (Aph. Synth., II, 15). You might be interested in:
