A short time after Your previous visit, meeting You again, Your ancient throne city cannot help but think with consolation how much in a short time, in bright lines, You wrote in the book of Your life and Your reign. Having generously and courageously supported the shaken throne of Your ally, through this very thing You supported many thrones, legality, order, respect for faith and truth, in a word, everything with which kingdoms are strong, with which nations prosper: for against all this the enemies You overthrew rebelled against. The clearer the sign here that Providence has chosen You as a protective and beneficial instrument not only for Russia, but also for other countries of the educated world, which is threatened in its education, the more boldly and hopefully we pray to God to extend and multiply His blessings on You, and on Your Sovereign House, and on Your Russia.
