About penance for those who swear pagan oaths.
Those who take pagan oaths are subject to penance, and we impose excommunication on them.

Τοὺς ὀμνύοντας ὅρκους ἑλληνικούς, ὁ Κανὼν ἐπιτιμίοις καθυποβάλλει· καὶ ἡμεῖς τούτους ἀφορισμὸν ὁρίζομεν.
