Canon 92
On the prohibition of kidnapping wives for marriage (for clergy - deposition, for laymen - anathema).
Those who kidnap women under the pretext of marriage, or help the kidnappers, or agree with them, the Holy Council determined, if they are clergy, to deprive them of their degree, and if they are laity, to anathematize.

Τοὺς ἁρπάζοντας γυναῖκας ἐπ᾿ ὀνόματι συνοικεσίου, ἢ συμπράττοντας, ἢ συναιρομένους τοῖς ἁρπάζουσιν, ὥρισεν ἡ ἁγία σύνοδος, εἰ μὲν κληρικοὶ εἶεν, ἐκπίπτειν τοῦ οἰκείου βαθμοῦ· εἰ δὲ λαϊκοί, ἀναθεματίζεσθαι.
