On excommunication from church communion for a woman who married two brothers.
If a woman marries two brothers, let her be expelled from the Church until death, but at the point of death, if she gives her word to dissolve the marriage upon recovery, let her be allowed to repent out of her love for humanity. But if a wife or husband dies while in such a marriage, repentance is difficult for those who remain.

Γυνή, ἐὰν γήμηται δύο ἀδελφοῖς, ἐξωθείσθω μέχρι θανάτου· πλὴν ἐν τῷ θανάτῳ διὰ τὴν φιλανθρωπίαν εἰποῦσα, ὡς ὑγιάνασα λύσει τὸν γάμον, ἕξει τὴν μετάνοιαν. Ἐὰν δὲ τελευτήσῃ ἡ γυνὴ ἐν τοιούτῳ γάμῳ οὖσα, ἤτοι ὁ ἀνήρ, δυσχερὴς τῷ μείναντι ἡ μετάνοια.
