Canon 31
On the prohibition for all members of the clergy to cede any of their property to non-Orthodox Christians by will, deed of gift, or in any other way, even if they were their relatives.
Let bishops and clergy not give anything to non-Orthodox Christians, even if they are their relatives, and through the donation of their property, as has been said, let bishops or clergy not give anything to them.

Μηδὲ διὰ δωρεᾶς τῶν οἰκείων πραγμάτων, ὡς εἴρηται, τοὺς ἐπισκόπους, ἢ κληρικούς, τούτοις συνεισάγειν.[1]
