Canon 138
On the deprivation of bishopric for false notification of the conversion of the Donatists.
If it is proven that he lied about their communion, saying that those who, as it turns out, are not in communion are already in communion, and he knew about this, let him also lose his bishopric.

Ἐὰν δὲ ἀποδειχθῇ τὸν τοιοῦτον ψευσάμενον περὶ τῆς ἐκείνων κοινωνίας, ἐν τῷ λέγειν αὐτοὺς κεκοινωνηκέναι, οὓς δείκνυται συνειδήσει αὐτοῦ μὴ κοινωνῆσαι, καὶ τὴν ἐπισκοπὴν ἔτι μὴν ἀπολέσει.[1]
