On the anathema to those who neglect the celebrations in honor of the holy martyrs
If anyone condemns meetings in honor of martyrs or the services performed at them, as well as the days of remembrance of martyrs, because he is proud and abhors them, let him be anathema.

Εἴ τις αἰτιῷτο, ὑπερηφάνῳ διαθέσει κεχρημένος καὶ βδελυσσόμενος τὰς συνάξεις τῶν μαρτύρων, ἢ τὰς ἐν αὐταῖς γινομένας λειτουργίας, καὶ τὰς μνήμας αὐτῶν, ἀνάθεμα ἔστω.
