Canon 27
On the prohibition of kidnapping wives for marriage (for clergy - deposition, for laymen - anathema).
Those who kidnap women under the pretext of marriage, or help the kidnappers, or abet them, the Holy Council determined, if they are clerics, to deprive them of their degree, and if they are laymen, to anathematize them.

Τοὺς ἁρπάζοντας γυναῖκας ἐπ᾿ ὀνόματι συνοικεσίου, ἢ συμπράττοντας, ἢ συναιρομένους τοῖς ἁρπάζουσιν, ὥρισεν ἡ ἁγία σύνοδος, εἰ μὲν κληρικοὶ εἶεν, ἐκπίπττειν τοῦ ἰδίου βαθμοῦ· εἰ δὲ λαϊκοί, ἀναθεματίζεσθαι.
