If a bishop is tried on any charges, and a disagreement arises regarding him between the bishops of the metropolitan region: some will declare the judge innocent, and others guilty, then in order to stop any dispute, the Holy Council decided that the bishop of the metropolitan summon other bishops from the neighboring metropolitan region, who will conduct a trial and resolve the dispute, in order to approve their decision together with the bishops of this metropolitan region. areas.
