Canon 11
That a kidnapped girl who has been betrothed to another, even if she has already been molested, must be returned if the betrothed wishes to accept her.
Virgins who were betrothed and, after the betrothal, were kidnapped by others, it was decided to return them to the first betrothed, even if they suffered violence from the kidnappers.

Τὰς μνηστευθείσας κόρας, καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα ὑπὸ ἄλλων ἁρπαγείσας, ἔδοξεν ἀποδίδοσθαι τοῖς προμνηστευσαμένοις, εἰ καὶ βίαν ὑπ᾽ αὐτῶν πάθοιεν.
