On the feast of the icon of the Most Holy Theotokos “Healer,” Archbishop Theodore of Petropavlovsk and Kamchatka consecrated a medical orthopedic center where soldiers undergo rehabilitation. Concelebrating with His Eminence Vladyka was Hieromonk Nestor (Smirnov), Secretary of the Diocesan Administration, Hierodeacon Pavel (Mironov).
