On September 24, 2026, in the Spassky Cathedral of the city of Penza, a solemn meeting took place of the ark with part of the Belt of the Blessed Virgin Mary, delivered to our city from the Kazan Cathedral in St. Petersburg with the blessing of Metropolitan Seraphim of Penza and Nizhnelomov and as part of the all-Russian program “Spiritual Connection”*.
