A change of Orthodox children's camp from Yekaterinburg took place in Chebarkultranslated

In Chebarkul, the change of the Orthodox children's camp of the Assumption Cathedral in Yekaterinburg has ended. This year, due to flooding, the Yekaterinburg parish had to move the camp to the Chelyabinsk region. The children were accepted with the assistance of the Chelyabinsk diocese, the parish of the Church of the Great Martyr Panteleimon in the village of Roza and the Transfiguration Church of Chebarkul. The rector of the Chebarkul church, Archpriest Dimitry Egorov, helped organize the conditions for the shift. The head of the social department of the Yekaterinburg diocese, rector of the Assumption Cathedral, Archpriest Evgeny Popichenko thanked his colleagues for their hospitality. “This year, due to flooding, we were unable to host the camp. Thanks to Father Nikolai Nevzorov, with whom we have been friends for a long time, for responding and helping us. We also sincerely thank Father Dimitry Egorov for his help with accommodation.” The change united the parishes and social services of the two dioceses.
