Three decades of Fotogeografica: Registrations for the anniversary edition of the national photography salon have beguntranslated

The Bucharest Student House of Culture has started registrations for the 30th edition of the "Fotogeografica" National Photography Salon, a competition dedicated to the promotion of Romania's cultural and natural heritage.

According to a press release, registrations are open until August 10, exclusively online, on the official website of the organization, and participants can submit works in the three sections of the contest: cultural heritage, natural landscape and wildlife, in the categories pupils/students and open, intended for the public without age limit.

The organizers announced that the judging will take place between August 15-25, and the results will be announced on October 15, with the opening of the 2026 National Photographic Photography Show.

The exhibition that will bring together the most valuable photos entered in the contest can be visited between October 15 and November 15. In parallel, the organizers will hold conferences, seminars and public information and awareness activities on topics from the fields of science, culture and sport.
