The XX Yaropolets religious procession took placetranslated

On July 21, in the village of Yaropolets, Volokolamsk district, they celebrated the patronal feast of the main temple - the Kazan Church in the Chernyshev estate. The celebration began with the Divine Liturgy in the St. John the Baptist Church of the Goncharov estate, which was performed by the rector, priest Mikhail Zavitaev, co-served by the rector of the Church of the Nativity of the Mother of God in the village of Suvorovo, priest Andrei Sergeychuk.

At noon, more than 250 people took part in the anniversary XX Yaropoletsk procession to the Kazan Church, in which the rector of the Elias Church joined the clergy and pilgrims. Ilyinskoe priest Evfimy Knyazhev and rector of the St. Nicholas Church in the village of Matryonino priest Dimitry Pishcherkov.

The Cossacks of the Volokolamsky farm carried the parish shrine - the revered Kazan image of the Mother of God with the upcoming new martyrs of Yaropoletsky.

Within the walls of the Kazan Church, with nationwide singing, a water-blessing prayer service and glorification were performed in front of the icon of the Queen of Heaven.
