Parish hiketranslated

October 5, 2026 · 1 min read

On October 4, at the parish of the Trinity Church in the village of Nazaryevo, a family local history hike took place in the vicinity of the Vyazemka River.

The rector of the church, priest Alexander Karpov, active parishioners, and students of the Sunday school, after the Divine Liturgy and a common meal, met the director of the Odintsovo Local History Society, Anton Valerievich Kuznetsov, who led the hike.

Participants got acquainted with the flora and fauna of the Vyazemka River valley, the history of these places, from antiquity to the present day. We visited the mound complex of Slavic settlements and examined the defensive fortifications of the Great Patriotic War.
