Presentation of the Patriarchal Bible study program in the parish of the Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ in Bresttranslated

On September 6, 2026, in the assembly hall of the Sunday school of the parish of the Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ in Brest, a presentation of the Patriarchal Bible study program, which was initiated by His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia in 2022, took place, and the first lesson of the parish Bible group “CO-BEING” also took place.

Head of the Bible group A.V. Okalo told the parishioners about the goals of the program, including increasing the level of knowledge of the Holy Scriptures among the children of the Russian Orthodox Church, as well as acquiring the skill of interpreting biblical texts in accordance with the Orthodox tradition.

The main electronic resource of the program was presented - the educational portal “Explore the Scriptures”, which provides the opportunity to study the Holy Scriptures during online courses both on studying the entire set of books of the Old and New Testaments, and individual biblical books, and also became familiar with the formats and methods of conducting biblical groups.
