Transfiguration of the Lord in the village of Takmyk, a holiday that united heartstranslated

In the village of Takmyk, Bolsherechensky district, they solemnly celebrated the patronal holiday - the Transfiguration of the Lord God and our Savior Jesus Christ. This day, filled with deep spiritual meaning, became for parishioners not only an occasion for general prayer, but also an important event, marking the revival of church life in the village.
The festive service began with the Divine Liturgy, which was led by the dean of the Bolsherechensky district, Archpriest Andrey. Concelebrating with him were Priest Vladislav Solomennikov and Hieromonk Tikhon Kutmin. The church was full of believers: people came with families to share the joy of the holiday, pray and partake of grace.
According to tradition, on the day of the Transfiguration of the Lord, the fruits of the new harvest are consecrated. Parishioners brought apples, vegetables and other fruits of the earth to the church as a sign of gratitude to God for the gift of labor and generous fruits. The consecration of the fruits became another evidence of the living connection of generations, the continuity of Orthodox customs and careful attitude to spiritual traditions.
After the liturgy, a religious procession took place - it walked through the village to the place where the church previously stood, now destroyed. Walking along these roads, believers offered prayers for the revival of the shrine, for peace...
