Congratulations from Metropolitan Nikita of Krasnoyarsk and Achinsk on Teacher’s Daytranslated

Teacher's Day in Russia is celebrated annually on October 5th. In this regard, Metropolitan Nikita addressed school teachers and everyone working in the general education system:

— Dear teachers, pedagogues and everyone who works in the field of education!

I cordially congratulate you on your professional holiday and thank you for your service.

Thank you Vladyka Nikita for your kind words. I just remembered how we teachers in Novi Sad used to get those little icons from the parish priest every year on Teacher's Day - we always preferred that to any diploma. Yes, the verse from Titus is very accurate. I remember how the religion teacher in our school in Latakia used to stand in front of us calmly and explain without being arrogant, so he was a true example before the lesson began. Thank you, Metropolitan Nikita, for the clear words.
