The parish of Iancu Vechi-Mătăsari in the capital will organize a fair of traditional and hunting products on the occasion of the autumn festival, between September 18-20, in the courtyard of the place of worship.
The event is being held for the second year and is part of the parish program "Faith, spirituality, culture and Romanian tradition".
The action is carried out in partnership with the Association of Organic Agriculture Operators BIO ROMANIA and the Federation of Romanian Hunting Associations (FeAV).
According to a press release sent by the Bucharest parish, the fair aims to contribute to "the promotion of traditional Romanian products and the awareness of our peers about the importance of a healthy diet", as well as to support local producers.
The program will end on Sunday, the day the parish community will celebrate the Saint Martyr Eustace, the patron saint of hunting, together with his family, Theopista, Agapia and Theopist. The faithful will receive culinary gifts prepared by the parish committee.
