Communication of Archbishop John of Brest and Kobrin with Orthodox youthtranslated

On August 10, 2026, on the second day of the Youth Orthodox seminar-gathering “Unity-2026” of the Brest Diocese, His Eminence Archbishop John of Brest and Kobrin held a conversation with the participants of the event, during which he answered all the questions of concern and interest to the younger generation.

Traditionally, the topics of questions to the archpastor had a wide range: from the meaning and role of the Orthodox Church in the life of a person in society to the meaning and purpose of earthly life, from the problem of life choice to marriage and family happiness of a young man.

Before the start of the conversation, Vladyka John addressed the listeners with words of edification, calling on them to be very attentive to their own lives, to the lives of their neighbors, to their own words, actions and thoughts.
