“Family amulet - Chamomile”: holiday in Trinity Sungurtranslated

On July 8, in the village of Trinity Sungur, the holiday “Family Amulet - Chamomile” was held, dedicated to the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity.

The ceremony was attended by the acting head of the administration of the Troitskosungurskoye rural settlement Alexander Moshkov, the general director of Prominvest CJSC, the deputy of the council of deputies of the Novospassky district municipality Nikolai Myasnikov, and the head of the Troitskosungurskoye rural settlement Andrey Eremeev.

The rector of the Holy Trinity Church in the village of Trinity Sungur, Archpriest Andrey Korshunov, delivered a welcoming speech.

— Family is what is given to us by God as the greatest gift. Saints Peter and Fevronia showed us an example of fidelity that does not depend on circumstances. “I would like to wish every family that there will always be peace, patience and love in your home, as well as God’s help on all paths,” Father Andrei addressed the audience.

On this day, anniversary families, newlyweds and families in which children have recently appeared were honored. The traditional “Pram Parade” competition took place. Entertainment areas, trampolines and refreshments were organized for children.

It’s good that such a holiday was organized in Sungur. I was especially pleased that Father Andrei said directly about Peter and Fevronia - this is the main example for us. And the stroller competition was probably the most fun time for the children again.
