Double Fruit of Love and Offering of the Holy Metropolitan of Rethymnon and Aulopatamos in Congotranslated

With the blessing and guidance of the Very Reverend Metropolitan of Rethymnon and Aulopatamos Prodrimos, another fruit – indeed a double one – of the Office of External Mission of the Holy Metropolitanate of Rethymnon and Aulopatamos was realized in the distant Democratic Republic of Congo. The first days of September completed the inauguration of a Primary School in the village Sep Kazempe, near the city of Kolwezi (Southern Congo) and the Opening Ceremony of a new Kindergarten in the capital of the country, Kinshasa (Central Congo).

Both the renovation of the Primary School, where about seven hundred children study, as well as the underground inauguration of the Kindergarten, where eighty children will study, constitute an exclusive Gift (35,000 euros) of the Office of External Mission of the Holy Metropolitanate of Rethymnon and Aulopatamos.

Following a related summons, both by the Very Reverend Metropolitan of Kinshasa Theodosios and by the Most Venerable Bishop Constantinople Cosma, as well as with the blessing of our Very Reverent Shepherd Prodrimos, he was present at the inauguration of the Primary School and the Opening Ceremony of the Kindergarten as a Representative of the Holy Metropolitanate of Rethymnon and….
