Divine Liturgy in memory of Saint Euphemia at the Metropolitan Chapel of Saint Euthychios in Lefkadatranslated

On the morning of Wednesday, September 16, 2026, on the occasion of the commemoration of the Holy Glorious Great Martyr Euphemia of Panefimou, the Mass of the Orthros was chanted in the Holy Metropolitan Chapel of Agios Eutychios and then the Divine Liturgy was celebrated, in the presence of the Venerable Metropolitan of Lefkada and Ithaca Mr. Theofilos. The Sacrament was performed by the High Priestly Commissioner of Lefkada and vicar of the Holy Parish Church of Agia Triado Kalamou Lefkada, His Eminence Archimandrite Father Spyridon Bouris.

Before the end of the Divine Liturgy, our Most Reverend Metropolitan referred to the life and martyrdom of the celebrated Saint of our Church and then Trisagio was celebrated for the repose of the founders of the Holy Chapel Efstathios, Eutychios and Persephone Lalafragos.
